Device SMS Address - Motorola Q

I've setup Active Sync ok but if I want to have it synch as items arrive I need to provide by device SMS address. I can't find this anywhere in the documentation. (FYI, I'm connecting to a corporate exchaneg server)

Your SMS address is your ten digit phone number plus @vtext.com. For example:

5555555555@vtext.com

also.. Somehow a while back I registered with the verizon wireless (probably at vtext.com) to have a username attached to my verizon number.

so i can get texts at 5555555555@vtext.com or at username@vtext.com.

i thought that was kinda cool b/c it seems more like an email address- though it becomes just another thing to remember.
