solution - app to dim backlight

some kind developer soul posted this little app to dim the backlight. It toggles the Q light between full and half bright. I have run mine for 2 days at half bright and tend to prefer it most of the time.

I did not code this, but wanted to share....

Transfer the candlight.cab file to your Q. The run it by clicking on it from the file manager. It will load the program and it should appear on your start menu. Now assign it a hotkey. When you want to toggle the backlight on or off, just press the hot key.

I installed and all worked great! or so i thought... after screen went idle and turned off my screen would stay black with very slight line of light on the borders. Only way to make it turn on again was by blindly guessing where candlelight app. was and disableling it. Anyone else have this problem? Im using MotoQ 9h WM6.0 with cingular.
