Help, Q shows battery screen on restart with ActiveSync

When connected to activesync via USB, and a restart is required (for firmware upgrade or application install for instance) the Q shows the battery charge screen on restart and stops there.
I don't know when this started happening because I had never had to do a restart while connected to activesync before.
Also, the battery is fully charged when this occurs so it's not a low battery issue.
eoweik, that is strange. I can't say that I've had the same problem. Are you able to get out of the battery charge screen once unplug the Q from your computer? Let me know. Oh, and Welcome to Hello Moto Q!
once I remove the Q from the usb cable, I can power it off and back on again, and then it works fine.
coincidentally this doesn't happen when syncing via IR, only USB
but I don't have the balls to try, say "a firmware upgrade" over IR, call me a wuss if you will.
I suspect it has something to do with ActiveSync&WirelessSync even though both work fine and sync completely different items. I only say that because I've never had a problem using just ActiveSync with any other device.
