Has any one else had this experience? I did a Master Reset on my Q. After doing this I did *228 option 2. I then went thru the Wireless Sync setup, and initiated a sync. The entire Wireless Sync screen is different now, plus there is an icon on the Start Menu called Verizon Homescreen, this wasn't there before.
The problem is that I now can not install apps on the phone that I previously had installed. I'm trying to install Smart Tweaker and it keeps telling my phone is "app locked". I had previously used Tweaks2K2 to unlock it (prior to the Master Reset and steps outlined previously), but even this does not seem to be working now. Can anyone help?

You need to first get a registry editor(can be found in the dl section)
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies:
Change the DWORD named "1001" to 1
Change the DWORD named "1005" to 40
as for your Q not having the registry keys, click the (lt soft key?) to pull up (values?) and youll see the stuff you are missing.
And if you are doing all of this just for smart tweaker, go ahead, but i feel its a waste of money...
