Someone please help me why is it at time my texting reads error and can't send nothing out. Also when using video to record with the flash after about 2 to 5 mins. it just freezes. This is after returning the other motoq foe a brand new one. HELP!!!!!
yeah, my mms messages read error too. I don't have internet because its too expensive ($45) so is that the reason i cant send/recieve pics? i was able to with my last phone (vx8100). Now theres always error messages:
"Login error. Ensure you have the correct login information and try again."
anyone know?
I don't get that error when opening MMS messages. I use Verizon pay-as-you-go data usage because Verizon's data plans are way overpriced as well.
overpriced?? i dont think so...for 1 verizon is rated number 1 for there broadband access by jd and power...2. Verizon has the largest Broadband access coverage...3. Your like comparing a Honda To a BMW if your comparing companies like t-mobile and cingulars data services to verizons....You get what you pay for with verizon its plain and simple so if they wanted to i bet they could raise there data to 50.00 a month and not lose a single customer who is already paying for data
And also to answer the question...i bet you have text msg blocked feature on your phone...i am a verizon wireless authorized dealer and that is one of the main reasons ive seen for text msg failure...try calling *611 and hit 0 to get a real person and see if have text block turned on...if not then i suggest taking your Q back into the corporate store and getting it replaced for a new one.
I find Verizon's data plans extremely over priced now that I've gone from a Samsung A670 to the Q and found out the hard way that I get charged for KBs for just looking at the phone funny. 25 dollars a month for a data plan on a phone in addition to the high monthly fees for just voice plans is not something I find reasonable. I never said that their data products are not quality, or BMW class as you put. I know however that if anything besides Verizon worked in the mountains where I live, I'd more than likely be with someone else. I admire you sales pitch, and I'm sure you sell a lot of phones, but unfortunately your comments are a bit bias.
