I have a 1 gb sd card that worked fine in my moto q. recently my Q malfunctioned and i got a replacment from Verizon.
I inserted the sam SD card that worked on my old moto Q. It asked me if i wanted to format the card so it would be readable, I did so and proceeded to the fime manager to find the new folder **storage card
but it is not there.
I tried a soft reset, etc, no luck. I called motorola the guy could not help me and said he woudl have to escalate as a new problem. Do you have any suggestions?
probably wont help you, but i was a dummy and never fully clicked my card into the q so it read it only read it half ass...make sure you have it clicked in all the way and not to where only the rubber piece is holding it in
