Battery Problems

Hello all,

My MotoQ is coming up with this error lately, or something to that effect

Your main battery is about to die, to avoid data loss make sure you recharge the battery

Even after several hours of charging, it still shows the battery is low on the top right hand indicator.

I do have the firmware update if that matters.

Any thoughts?

Had the same problem. Brought it back to Verizon and they gave me a new phone.
