Do you have a different card you can try? And are you still under warranty? If the master reset didn't fix it then I would return it for another..

I've had instances where the phone wouldn't read the card.The icons for programs I installed on the card in start menu would turn into white unknown file icons.Simply removing the card and re-inserting it sometimes fixed that.
