Connectivty...

I was able to connect my Q to my computer once, and when I tried again the next morning it didn't work. I have framenet (possibly netframe) 2.0, the latest version of Acti-Sync, and I am still unable to connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but still cannot connect to the computer. I want to connect so I can transfer all of my pictures/videos/ringtones to the Q.
Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks!

The latest version of activesync is problematic......try using Activesync 4.2 instead of 4.5.I heard it works a LOT better.

And I forgot to mention, make sure you un-install version 4.5 before you go with 4.2.I know as messed up as it sounds. The older version really does work better than the newer one. That's MS for you. They work bass ackwards

OK. I'll go ahead and give that a try. Do you possibly have a link that I could use? Or just searching google will be suffice?

Look for a thread that mentions disabling advanced network features for the USB. That's helped a lot of people with their connection problems.
