I just got two new Moto Q from sprint last week. They are sweet so far I have had no grips; except it takes them 45 seconds to full come up. It seems a little slow compare two my Dell-AXIM5, and AXIMX50V both with WinMobile 2003 sp2 and update in. I just added the Free Sprint 1 month trial of the Sprint Vision package with online EVDO high speed and on demand, new, email, and SprintTV medium package version with basic SprintTV plus extra channels, as well as, this is also unlimited Picturemail as well. I can get everything to work and it nice even when out and around town as I still get at least 1X high speed internet. I can get the on demand TV listing but I can't on either phone get the Sprint TV which is suppose to come with basic TV and some move channels free with it. I thought is was because of memory constraints so Ii just added a 2gb patrait minisd card to both and same situation exist. It says in the user manuel for the sprint vision services to go to the Windows media player 10 then click on MYTV to see the available TV channels, which is there, but with no channels showing up.
Is there some other software I need to get or subscription I need to buy or something I am at a loss. I have sent an email to sprint support asking them for help in this problem as well two days ago but they have not replyed as of yet they just acknowledge my email so far.
