get the q inbox extender like i mentioned above. don't try and delete all the text out of each folder, but highlight and delete maybe 10-12 text per folder. i know its probably going to take more time, but by deleting all the text at once its going to almost cause it to lock up.
usually first thing i do is pull the battery for 20 seconds, remove predective text, then use sk tools to clean up things, then start deleting text. this usually makes things function back to normal.
Im considering a master reset. But i have a few Questions first
1. Will i lose all of my contacts?
2. Will i lose the programs i have installed?
3. Will i lose my connection to my computer and have to reinstall active sync
