Major problem, and it's really starting to tick me off. When you make a call, say to a business, or a 1-800 number for tech support, or anything else, and you are required to push a button for this department, it doesn't work. I push 1 for English she continues to tell me to push 1. I hit 7 to delete a voicemail, she just keeps on talking! Does anyone know how to fix this, or should I just get a new one? I have my phone through Sprint, and I went into the store, and they told me they don't fix them. You must call the 1-800 number. Isn't that a crock.
Some people were having trouble similar to this with their voicemail a while back. Look in Settings > Phone Settings > DTMF and make sure it is set to Short.

Omg! Thank you so much. I never even knew what the DTMF was. I can't believe the guys at the Sprint store couldn't tell me. How ridiculous is that! lol
