New Themes?

I was wondering if there was a way to download a new theme for my phone from my phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If a theme is packaged in a cab file or if you have a program that handles zip files on your phone then you can but if the theme is packaged in an exe file then you can't.

You would just have to download one and find out. Your phone will let you know if it can't open a file.

Anyone have any suggestions on god theme sites that only offer cab files?

I have most of the themes here...wouldnt mind having more though.
If you find some more outside of this site that are .cab files, please let me know.

i downloaded a theme off this website and extracted it to /application data/home it was an .xml file with a few images but when i go to settings/home screen/layout there aren't any new themes available. any pointers on getting themes to work?
