Would like to get my audio working while using my Sprint Navigation

I've had my Moto Q 9c for about three weeks. I love the Sprint Navigation feature. It's sooo much fun. My problem is the audio voice turn by turn directions do not work. I know it's capable of working because of the thirty + trips I've traveled, audio came on for two trips. Could someone help me try and fix that for me? I'm new to this forum so I'm not really sure if I will be able to find my question with the some forwarded answers again. Just in case, please write to me at Caykey007@aol.com Thank you for your time
