Whats good everyone? I am a Q-bee and have a question about my 9c. Is there a way to get the state of the caller to show when I have an incoming call? My previous phones had this show automatically, I am wonderingif there is just an option that I have to change.
I think on the Q9c you have to purchase third party software. I have the Q9c and hate the fact that it doesn't show the state. My 3 year old Sanyo showed the state. It was called Area Code match. If I remember the name of the software, I'll send it to you.
Has anyone found out the answer to this since my last posting. I get alot of out of state calls, and its pretty annoying that Motorola did not include this on the phone.
Yeah, the only thing I liked about my old Samsung was the fact that when I dialed a area code and phone number it told me what state it was. It took me a minute to figure out what he was asking..he said "Is there a way to get the state of the caller to show when I have an incoming call? i thought at first he meant like the state as in...happy, sad, drunk, tired etc...kinda like myspace. Geez...im not getting smarter as I get older.
