I am new to these forums. I was hoping that someone would be able to help me make a new home screen theme. I like the look of the regular windows bar with the reflection but I do not like the colors already on the phone. I was wondering if it was possible to get one that is black.
There is a program that will give you a black start button. I know a link was posted on the site.
For theme creation there are a couple of options MadBeetle makes Homescreen Builder which you can use to graphically create a theme (which I find a bit limiting) or you could learn how to edit the xml theme file yourself with this tutorial.
