Question Sounds not working!!! HELP!

No matter how many times I go into my sound settings and change the sound for my text and ringer to a tone, it always changes back to vibrate. Even when my profile is set to normal. The worst part is even if my text is set to vibrate, it doesn't. So unless I'm constantly checking my phone I have no clue when i'm receiving a text.
I'm sure it's something simple but I don't have a clue. I've checked everything I can think of short of tossing it out my car window.

I have and this page and forums seem to be the best for information and posts. I guess I can call my local sprint store, but they haven't been much help in the past.
