what's goos yall. im a new moto q9c user. I've had it since the day after valentines day. I actually already had a problem with my phone 2 days ago where I couldn't see my text and my phone was lagging like crazy. I fixed it by doing a master reset. luckily I already had a 1gb sd card so all my stuff was saved to it before I reset it. just wondering will I need do this often to keep my phone up and running fast or what? let me know what's up wit yall... 1

It happens sometimes. I use Sprite Backup so I don't mind doing a hard reset at all.

it won't let me download it to my phone. keeps sayin "error, filed can't be viewed on your device". ????????

It's an executable. You have to download it to your PC and run the install from there. See instructions for installing programs here.

Hi, does SPRITE also back up contacts? I just downloaded SPRITE, and I don't see contacts in the Sprite Explorer.

Contacts are stored in a database file on your phone. They will be restored should you need to restore your phone.
