New Qc owner New Problem

Hi everyone . I just got a motoq 9c two days Ago . This morning i cant get online or any Email . I keep getting a error saying my Internet is not configured properly . I thought i would ask for some ideas before i call sprint . The cell phone part works fine. I went into connection settings and there are options such as cellular , WAP network, Secure WAP Network , Work , and The Internet. I have tried them all and still cant get online. any ideas?

Do You Have A Data Plan? Power Vision? I Haad This Proplem When I Upgraded ,y Q To The Q9c, But Mine Only Took A Couple Of Hours. I Would Say Give Them A Call So They Can Trouble Shoot It For You. Welcome To The World Of The Q!!!

Yes that what i did . They spent at least an hour with me today . eventually she mentioned a complete reset but said she wanted me to wait 4 to 5 hours first for something to update. I requested that we just do the reset which she told me would wipe out everything on my device . That wasn't a problem at all so we did the Reset by punching in the pound key and some numbers and ALL is well once again. Its Fixed. Thank you for the replie. Ohh after it was back up and running i down loaded google maps mobile and i have to say its awesome. it works with the internal gps which surprised me . So far im Amazed at this phone.
