Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. You may have to perform a hard reset. Search for "hard reset buttons" to find out which buttons to press

take out the battery and turn the phone on using the ac cord. then go to settings and look for master reset. if all else fails, go to a real sprint store

I'm back at my computer so I did the search for you. Hold the Z and the E buttons while turning on the Q9c.

Hey there! I'm new and having the exact same problem. Got the phone last week and took it with me to Germany - no service but I thought I'd take some photos and videos. All went well... and then the C.H.U.D.s came out.

I'd been exploring my phone and trying to learn how to use it. I tried to drag and drop all the video I'd just shot from Germany through my Bluetooth connection. Had been a little iffy with the Bluetooth up till now, but still I was able to install a couple ringers I'd made and back up photos. Then today I sent one photo file to my Mac via Bluetooth and went back to the photos. I rotated one photo, then all the photo files showed as the generic jpg icon but no thumbnail. Then... the phone froze. I turned it off and it when it came back on it's been the Silver Moto icon on the black screen ever since. Pulled the battery a couple times, no luck. Same Moto screen.

The question: If I do this master reset... do I lose all my video? Or... have I lost it already?
