Problem with Q9c/Jabra BT620s bluetooth headphones

I figure I would post here before attempting to deal with Motorola Or Jabra support.
A little while back I purchased a pair of Jabra BT620s stereo bluetooth headphones. The headphones come with advanced phone controls, like voice command, putting a call on hold. When I initially set the headphones up they worked fine.

Since then I had to master reset my phone and re-establish the setup for these headphones as well as for my other bluetooth earpiece, a Plantronics 510. And now the advanced functionality on my Jabras won't work. When I press the left talk button, rather than start Voice Command, it does nothing. The right button, for music control, works fine. And if someone calls me, I can press the talk button to pick up. But the advanced features won't work.

Over the weekend I loaded Jabra's software update onto the headphones, and they supposedly worked fine after. This morning however, the headphones went back to the same problem. Now it looks like the phone will not "pick up" the hands-free profile for the headphones. It will, though, pick up the STEREO profile. But I need to manually connect the phone to the headset via the hands-free profile.

I'm thinking that this could be an issue with the phone, only because of the master reset. I'm not aware of any settings changes or updates I made on the phone prior to that reset, I think the headphones worked just fine after I set them up before.

Are there any advanced options or things I should look for, or perhaps an upgrader that I missed that could help in fixing this?

I'm currently rushing this message at work at the moment, I will probably update and clarify this later tonight. But if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
