Looking for an application

I use to have a Samsung i730. Great phone, but was getting old and I need an upgrade, anyways...

I need an application similar to the Developer One Accesspanel program:
Developer One AccessPanel for Pocket PC. Powerful mobile data entry!
Great program and very useful for my needs.

Does anyone know of a program similar that will work with the Q9C? I thought accesspanel would work on it because it is Windows Mobile, boy was I wrong.
