For the past 4 days I have been trying to solve a strange puzzle involving my ring tones. All tones work i.e. Text msg, email etc. except my ring tones on a phone call. This occurs in all profiles and with all ringtones. When I preview the ring tone it plays normally, but when receiving a call the tone is so muted that it can barley be heard. If I happen to see a call coming in and answer the phone, I will hear a split second of the ring tone at normal volume as the call is answered. Any help will be appreciated.
