Question Too many bugs on my 9c, help!!

Hi!

I´m looking 4 some help here please, i´ve had my moto Q9c only 5 months and it worked really good just 1 of them!, it started with a few glitches on tv mode, then it sent me to the standby screen with no reason at all in the middle of anything, later, half the time I tried to do something other than calling it ended up frozen and had to turn it off to get it 2 work again; took it with Iusacell which is my carrier (same as verizon over here) and they tried to fix it 3 times with updates, flashing it, and nothing, then they sent it 2 the manufacturer (as they told me) and gave me back a new one, been with it 4 like a month now and it´s freezing on me again, plus the handsfree seems to have a false contact or something coz it won´t keep the same sound all the time! Wouldn´t like to wait another 2 months 4 them 2 change it again! is there anything I could do to fix it myself? any advice?

Seems like a great smartphone, wish mine could work as it should!

Thanks in advance

Have you added a particular program(s) just prior to the problem occurring in the two phones?
Does your Q have Iusacell firmware in it (not a flashed phone)?
Have you considered trying a hard reset?

Hi friend, i think that you speak spanish because your smartphone is iusacell..... jiji, i have the monsterpack for moto q wm5 for iusacell.... so... you only need to do apply a monsterpack and then upload the internet values to navigate on your smartphone, i think that maybe works..

Somebody tell me how to upload the monsterpack?

4 the first one, yes, problems started right after I installed you tube mobile and java mobile (which didn´t worked by the way), but with the 2nd one no, it just started failing like the first one.
Indeed my Q aint flashed, it has the originall firmware.
what´s a hard reset and how can i do it? I was considering to flash it coz a friend of mine had the first version of Motorola V3 with a lot of breakdowns, he flashed it and it worked even better than the first time! so I figured something could be done with my Q.

Thanks!, you´re right, I speak spanish as my natural language, It´ll be great if u could upload that monsterpack, so I could get it, plus if it´s not much bother, how do I use it? I´m kinda new on these stuff and still there´s a lot of things I haven´t tried, which could b better 4 my phone? a hard reset or just apply a monsterpack? or maybe even flashing it?

Thanks to you both!

Be careful Q firmware will likely Brick (paperweight mode, DEAD) a Q9.
Firmware is device specific. I believe this may help. READ READ READ
