if you've bought you verizon phone in the last month you'll be able to exchange for free, or maybe just a small $20 reconnection fee, just make sure you call cutomer service first, they alot more helpful then staff, so call them tell you don't like you 9Qm, ask if you can exchange, tell some crap about its slow etc they'll write a note on your file, walk into local store, and booooom they'll swap it !
