Question memory defrag

hi all. i came across a hack to enable you to run " real time memory defrag". and i quote " go to Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Shell and simply create a key & set the value - NEVERDORKMEMORY." my question is "now what"? is this like defrag on the computer? if so how do i start it? after doing what i thought the directions said i could not find anything like a defrag. im not the most computer savy but i can follow directions.i have both resco & phm editor. thanks

Well I don't know if that key works,.. but the fact that it says real time defrag would mean that it does it on the fly,.. meaning you wouldn't have to click or tell it to defrag,... I have a simalur hack runing on my xp pro desktop,...
