Ok, so I went and replaced my q through insurance with qwest because it wasn't registering the sd card. They sent me a new one that works great. What I wanted to know was if the old q can be used with another carrier or can it even be used with qwest again, or is this phone considered black listed now and basically worthless.
No, they sent no instructions to send it back, and said nothing about sending it back when I called to activate the other one. So can qwest phones be flashed with any other carriers then?
