heres the followup chat. Note at the end, she transfers me to her supervisor, but i hang up after waiting more than 5 dead minutes. Also, the long time delays were not b/c of slow connection. I was using a fast public library connection.
Will i use chat again with sprintpcs? Probably not

It is not written somewhere, i just decided that. Most companies care about keeping their customers happy, and will throw you some sort of courtesy when they inconvenience you. I guess the 2 year lock in means that they dont care if im dissatisfied.
