Hmm the best feature on the Q would be the home screen feature. Not only that you can customize the way you want it from the factory settings. But being able to fully customize the layout/color/image to your likings. It allows the users to be creative, and it can be seen that many people have made there own. Then sharing there work with the communitiy, such as this online forum.

Slingplayer

The killer feature, bar none, is the ability to watch live tv with the Slingplayer Mobile client. The quality is unsurpassed, and the flexibility is incredible. While my wife would beg to differ, being able to pick up the Yankee game from anywhere is THE killer app for this device.

The best feature is using the Qphone as broadband modem when I am on the road! I can connect to my laptop without any additional cost! I also can manage my email anytime and anywhere. The telephone part of the Q is remarkable for a smartphone.

Fist off I love this Q. I just switched to the Q from a treo. The only thing I would change is the "Calender". I would love to see improvements like the palm Datebk5 calender.

If I could change one thing about the Q, it would be having instant send/receive of email for pop3 accounts instead of the 15 minute synchronization.

I've only been a Q user for about an hour, and from what I can tell, it needs a faster CPU

Really there is only one thing I would like to see changed. Add an LED indicator. It would be preferable to glance at an LED indicator to know if I've missed a call, received voicemail, etc without having to turn the display on. In my mind an LED would consume much less battery then having the display on.

Change what annoys me......

I have to give you 2 as they are my biggest annoyances:

1. 1st key press would activate screen, not activate a function (the way a blackberry works)
2. Dimmable screen (It always comes on a max brightness and there is no way to change this)

If i could change one thing on the Q I would upgrade the camera so that you dont dont have to hold the camera still for 2 seconds to get a non-blurry picture.
