Maybe this might help someone out. I was going through my manual and on page 20, it states that the accessories that comes with this phone should include a miniSD card, and stereo headset, which it didn't. So if you call Sprint they will give you the number to Motorola, and in turn Motorola will send you these items at no cost. This was a mis-print in the manual, and it is only going to last till March 23rd. If everyone knows about this already I applogize.

Motorola 1-800-657-7576.......this number deals directly with the Q.
All you will need to tell them is you found the mis-print in the manual on page 20, then give them your Serial Number, and they will ship it to you at no cost within five days.
Originally it was only supposed to be a 64 mini card, but when contacting Motorola they did say they upgraded it to a 512 mini card. I guess they wanted to be nice.
