When I call my local pharmacy to re-order a perscription I need to enter numbers during the call referencing the perscription number. How is this done? I have input numbers and get no response, I've entered the numbers and hit the return key, nothing and entered numbers and hit the call button, nothing. I'm sure this is easily done but I haven't seen a how-to on several websites including this one (although when searching I wasn't quite sure how to identify what I am looking for). This is also a problem when I call my corporate voice mail and need to input a password.
