Question Mini Usb Headphones?

hey everybody...question...has anyone tried using mini usb headphones? the reason i'm asking is because last week when i got my phone activated at the sprint store, the sales rep out of the blue just gave me usb headphones. he said he didn't need it cause he switched phones but when i tried them at home, they did not work at all. anyone else have this issue? thanks in advance.

I actually work for sprint and our Q does not support the mini usb headphones. that port is only for charging or syncing.

Actually I am not so sure about this. When you go to the official Moto Store and search for accessories that are specifically compatible with the Q, you will see a mini-USB headset.

coming back to this subject, i actually read in the manual (its toward the beginning) for the Q that mini usb headsets ARE NOT compatible with this phone, only the 2.5mm headsets are. the headsets you seen on the website might be compatible with the razors or something. if it says Q, then they are lying.

Well then I guess the Moto Store was just plain wrong then! Oh well though I was being helpful... BTW people still use wired headsets?
