gwes.exe error

Is anyone having this error show up on their Sprint Q. I have been testing and it seems to have something to do with synchronization. It doesn't matter if it is direct push server or ActivSync. If I have the iVista theme running on my today screen and soft reset my Q I get the gwes.exe error than the message to send a report. There is on recovering at this point I must do a master reset to get my Q working again. I installed this theme as the only program than ran some tests. The only time that I get this error is after I run ActivSync or sync with the mail2web server. I mean I have only iVista installed everything works fine I can soft reset with no errors, I sync with the server or my laptop I tested both individually and soft reset I get this error. Is my Q defective can someone run some tests and tell me if you are seeing the same thing. I also have gotten this error at other times but nothing consistent. Usually a soft reset corrects things unless I am using iVista

I installed ivista also, everything appeared double on my screen. I did a soft reset and I was unable to get my start memu to work. The same error message continued to appear along with send a error report etc. Finally I took the battery out for about a hour put back in and still the same error message w/ send report, still no function with the start button some kind of light flickerd everytime I press the start button. Finally something happen and I was able to get to remove programs which I did and then I did a master reset. Ivista was the only thing loaded on my system.

Can you do a soft reset, and are you synchronising your Q with a PC or a server?

Being a rookie with the Q still im not sure what ivista is but I have received that error message several times today. I cannot recall what I was doing at the time though. Not that I am much help here, just wanted to let you know that it cannot only be "ivista" related since I do not have that.

Ivista is not the only thing that causes that error message. Windows Mobile, like regular windows can crash and anything in compatible or poorly written can make it crash.

I received this error several times last night after posting, bad timing. One happend after sending a text and then a few happend while using my Q as the modem for my pc. The last one occured overnight while I was attempting to download Outlook 2007, came in this morning, saw the error message and no Outlook file.
