You are correct, you can't rename the email account. Your only option is to delete the current account and create a new one with a different name. It's a hassle but I haven't found a way around it.
I have the Q9c (USCC) I can't change my default email from outlook to gmail / embarq. I have tried to edit the .xml file but when I reload the screen it still uses outlook as the default email.
Okay finally got it to change the default account. When I receive an email it shows up twice one time under email and one time under embarq. However the email link is dead. What did you mean by log onto pocket msn? What can I do to take off email or make it link to actual account? Sorry I am new.
