Videos taken with the Q use the .3G2 format (a.k.a. 3GP), which is a modified MPEG4 format designed specifically for phones. It is not a Real Media file, but since 3G2 is not a format designed by Microsloth, they apparently have no desire to support it, while the Real Player does.
