I sent an email to Sprint and they said they would respond within 24 hrs. (this was thursday 5:14 pm and its now Saturday 1:21 pm) I just think its kinda funny that if they say they will respond in 24 hrs, they should.

For myself, I have found the best way to get support from Sprint is to call cust service and when the automated prompt asks me what I want, I say "Vision support". There's usually no hold time, the people are American, and they can do just about anything you need. However if you don't at least feign some sort of Vision problem they may transfer you.
See what happens if you're late paying your bill. I bet they call you right away.
nope, not me anyway. if I miss a payment for some reason it goes a full month until after the next payment was due, then they start calling. ymmv, i've been a customer since 99 and it's been at least 5 yrs since they've cut off service due to a late payment.
I did call em yesterday. I was wondering if the boneheads at sprint knew anything about the WM6 upgrade. The phone techs were really dumb... for some reason he thought i was talking about the sprint MSU update that was released a month ago... sigh i want wm6...

That online WM6 petition in your sig is a joke. It's been online for awhile now and only has 606 sigs as of today. Yea that'll get Sprints attention. lol
well... At least im trying to do something...
Oh and btw, Sprint responded today. I sent the email on the 26th and its now may 8th.
heres what they said (regarding WM6)
