yesterday i install the theme iqv3 or omething like that and candelight. my connection was working fine. but today when i tried connecting it did not let me connect. i whent to the trouble shooting to work out the kinks in my firewall through the ms web site. i also uninstall these two things, but still it won't let me connect. i reinstall the sync and still it won't le me connect. what can i do to fix thix? or is my only choice a harf reset....
Before I did anything drastic like a hard reset I would try deleting the partnership(s) form ActiveSync. After they're gone I would connect the phone and see if ActiveSync detects it.
