sync help please...

yesterday i install the theme iqv3 or omething like that and candelight. my connection was working fine. but today when i tried connecting it did not let me connect. i whent to the trouble shooting to work out the kinks in my firewall through the ms web site. i also uninstall these two things, but still it won't let me connect. i reinstall the sync and still it won't le me connect. what can i do to fix thix? or is my only choice a harf reset....

When ActiveSync fails is there an error code on the phone? If so what is it?

i dont get any kind of code on my phone. my phone doesnt do anything different than what it use to do

So you connect your phone to your desktop and nothing at all happens on your phone?

the phone does what it would do before when i use to connect. the pc is the one that says that it cannot connect

Have you tried deleting your partnership?

dont really know what that is. i did uninstall and re install the sync

Before I did anything drastic like a hard reset I would try deleting the partnership(s) form ActiveSync. After they're gone I would connect the phone and see if ActiveSync detects it.

ive done the hard reset, but how would i delete the parnership

In ActiveSync click File then Delete Mobile Device.
