I have been trying to connect to Active Sync for the past month, but I cant seem to connect at all. Its been saying my device is password protected. The one and only time I was able to connect was the very first time, since then...I havent been able. I have tried numerous passwords, uninstalled & reinstalled active sync, called Sprint- It tries connecting for at least 20 mins or more. I have no idea what to do anymore about this- Im frustrated! Can anyone help?
