Long story, but I ended up with a Brand New, Never Used, Complete in Box, Direct from Sprint, Motorola Q MOTOQKIT Complete. It is the Phone, Wall Charger, Battery, Software CD, Manuals, Paperwork, Rebate Certificates, Shipping Invoice (for rebate), USB Cable. NOTHING is wrong with it, NOTHING is missing, it is PERFECTLY Brand New!
I would like to sell this phone. I'd like to get $200.00 for it and I'd rather NOT do the Ebay thing.
Seriously, if anybody is interested, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. It is ready to go. Lance. Mrhoutxman@gmail.com

Reason: had about a million type'os in the first attempt
If anyone is considering this offer, be sure to get the ESN of the phone first and call Sprint to have them look up the ESN to verify it is not stolen.
Hey everybody, I will absolutely provide you with the ESN number for the Motorola Q. Please do not fear - this is not a stolen phone or some sort of scam, I would just post the number, but that just doesn't seem like a good idea either.
Please let me know if you are interested. You can verify the phone with Sprint and make sure it is a good phone, ready to be activated on any existing Sprint account or even on a new Sprint account.
If there is any info I CAN post that might help, please let me know, I can do that as well.
The MOTOQKIT comes with the Motorola Q, New Battery, Home Charger, USB Cable, User's Manual, Original Software CD that includes all drivers and activesync 4.2 (although 4.5 is available on line now). Everything is still in the original, sealed, protective plastic covers. The label on the box lists everything included in the kit and it is all there.

Indeed $200 is a good price for a phone without a contract. I paid $350 for mine off of eBay (came with a Bluetooth headset and a dual car/wall travel charger).
Lance, why not put it on eBay? Personally I would not buy a phone sight unseen without some guarantee of protection, and eBay provides built-in fraud protection. I'm sure you can get more than $200 for it there.
Sorry, but I believe i got a better deal. Sprints Website price was $199 with a $99 dollar mail in rebate. Then i found found on the website a 40 dollar service credit if i checked out online. I printed it out and left to go to the store because i had broke my phone and needed one ASAP. With the printout I went to the sprint store and the sales guy said that the code did not work in the store when he tried to use it. I asked if he could match it or have something better?
He said he would check. Turns out he gave me a 60 dollar service credit or 10% off a monthly bill for the next 2 years of my new renewal contract.
So technically my moto cost me 40 USD. But i opped for the 10%. Which should save me 119 x 10% = 11.9 X 24 Months = 285 in savings.
