I received a text from sprint advising me that because I have the Spring Power Vision package (unl data, etc) that Sprint Navigation is included in my current plan. It says to visit the local sprint store to upgrade to a GPS Navigation enabled phone, but I already have the Moto Q so I know it's capable. Can someone give me instruction on how to active this program since I can't find it anywhere in the manuel and when I called Customer Care I got someone with a language barrier and I couldn't quite understand all the instructions he gave me. Can someone plz help me with this! Also wondering if there is a website that will allow me to download new music videos to put on my new Q. I can't seem to get those videos from MTV2, youtube, or any of the other websites I visit frequently and I really want this video on my phone. (and yes I do have a 1G mini sd in phone already with plenty of space.) Any suggestions?
The Moto Q is not capable of Sprint Navigation (TeleNav) without the purchase of an additional BlueTooth GPS receiver. You'll notice that the Q does not appear in the list of supported phones:
