Bluetooth won't pair

Hi,

I can't seem to pair moto q bluetooth with any headsets or my Stowaway universal bt keyboard. It always sees the accessories, but when I type in the password authentication fails.

I've tried with 2 different headsets and my keyboard.

Any tips?

The password should be "0000" (four zeros), is that what you're using?

That is the code I am using for the headsets, but I still get authentication failure.

I'm trying to get it to sync with my Dell Axim x51v. Any suggestions?

This may be a silly question but when you go to put in the passcode is the text input set to abc or alt? Could it be that you're entering letters instead of numbers?

What numbers should be placed when asked?

Hey, I found out my Moto q was defective. It wouldn't pair bluetooth or transfer via IR. I just traded for a new one. paired the headset first time.

I'll try my axim pair later and let you know if I'm successful.
