First off let me say I've a newbie and have had my Motoroa Q only 10 days and Sprint is my carrier.
I've created a few ring tones and saved them as *.mp3's in the "Sounds" folder.
Now when I try and assign any one of my own files to a contact I hear it loud and clear shortly after selecting them in the "Custom Ring Tone" selection box, BUT... after saving the assignment of the file and then testing the playback from the contacts main screen the voume is extremely low...???
I've pumped up the volume with both the volume wheel AND by increasing hte ring volume in the profile edit menu.
Any suggestions or ideas as to why when playing back from contact's info the sound is so low?
BTW - I used Sony's Sound Forge 9.0 and REALLY pumped up the volume of the original sound bite with no luck.
