Well in the 31st day of being tired of "issues" with my Q and being told by a Sprint tech that my Q was defective, I tried to return it to the store I bought it from and get another one. No such luck since it was the 31st day and not the 30th day. Anyway long story short I talked to a lady at Sprint retention and she said no problem we will send you another Q and you send the defective one back when you get the return kit. I thought this is great! NOT SO FAST...when I got this or last months bill there was a charge on there for $524.00!! I still have not gotten my return kit to send the other phone back, and that charge is legit according to Sprint and will not come off until they get the other phone back.
I switch from Nextel, and I am so sorry I did. Our phones do nothing but roam while we are in our driveway or inside the house, and we have had so many dropped calls it's not even funny. The map on the Sprint web site, and a tech at Sprint said we are in the best coverage area for Sprint, don't see how!! Anyway just had to vent some, and see if anyone else has had the same problems. Not like you can call Sprint and talk to them, if you call to much they will drop you from their service!!!
I also for got to put in there that I got a card in the mail yesterday saying that I was not getting the $100.00 rebate because the phone number was not with Sprint for the last 12 months. Imagine that the sales rep didn't say anything about that when I bought the phone. I thought Sprint was together with Nextel??? Oh well, looks like I have to suffer for another 2 years with Sprint.
Yeah I Switched From Nextel As Well And They Screwed Up My Web Data Plan And I Got A Bill For $400+. And To Add Some Insult To Injury, Motorola's Latest Updated Fully Reset My Phone And I Lost All My Numbers.
