I've had my Q for about a month now and it's worked seamlessly for the entirely of my time with it, but today it's gone really screwy and I thought I'd use the good ol' forums for some trouble shooting.
Essentially, when anybody tries to call my phone it rings on their end, not on mine, and inevitably goes to voicemail. In the area used for my signal strength display I only have an ominous "x" and where my network status is generally displayed it says "phone off". Also, I cannot answer my phone on the off occasion it does ring because when I hit the soft key designated to "answer" the screen locks up even though I haven't answered and at this juncture none of the other usual buttons that can be used (I have the default settings) respond in such a way as to actually let me answer the call.
When I went to see if perhaps people weren't getting through because I was on "roaming only" I attempted to switch to "automatic" or "sprint only" but was met with a "option unavailable in low power mode" message. Problem is, my battery is full, the readout even confirms as much. Argh! Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance guys and gals for your time
My Q will occasionally lock up on the answer screen. In fact, it has been doing it today. I'll get a call, hit "answer" and it will just freeze. Rebooting the Q fixes it.

It doesn't lock up the Q entirely--it freezes at the "answer/ignore call" screen. You can hit answer or ignore repeatedly and nothing happens. Even when the phone is no longer ringing the answer/ignore screen will still be up.
But I can still hit the Home key to get back to the main menu and dial the person back.
