I have an issue with my Voicemail icon. It goes off to alert me of a message, but thats it. Whent he 2nd voicemail msg comes thru, it will never tell me that I have 2, 3, 4 etc.....ONLY 1. Then i call in and I find out i have 2 or more.
I have this issue too. It's really annoying as I thought I only had one voicemail after I left my phone somewhere overnight. I ended up checking my voicemail only later in the day after I got it back since I saw I only had 1 voicemail and I thought it was me calling my phone. and I missed an important meeting announcement around message 3 or so. If I had known I had 5 messages I would have checked it as soon as my phone was returned to me.
That's just the way it works. If you're phone is turned on and in a service area and you miss five calls then it will show Missed Calls: 5 but if all five callers leave a voicemail it will only show New Voicemail and no quantity.
