I was a Sprint PCS customer for years before I switched to Working Assets Wireless ("WAW"). I seem to remember learning that WAW has a contract with Sprint PCS to use their network and that WAW only exists as a customer service and sales entity. But I don't know for sure. Is this correct? Am I really a Sprint PCS user even though my account is with WAW? If so, should I change my MotoQ forum profile setting from "other" to "Sprint PCS?"
I just went on the WAW Website and yes, they use the Sprint PCS network, but operate as a separate sales/customer service/non-profit fund-raising for charities entity. So I guess I'll change my profile in this forum to Sprint PCS from "other."
