Ok so this is basically me trying to figure out how i can get sprint to give me a Touch for my Moto Q.. If i email ecare.. can i convince them that my bluetooth isnt good enough my speakerphone doesnt work as well as id like it.. I need ideas! My other option is.. that my friend just got a touch for about $200 and has a mogul.. if i activate THAT phone and then call and complaine will they look at that date and see if im within the 30 day trial and repalce it for free... Scheme people scheme! if anyone can do it i know you all can!

Good Luck getting it for free....You can call in and talk to customer care and get it for a discount, but free? Nothing is free....
All you can try is calling in and threatening to cancel to get to retention who may work out a deal with you depending on how much of a "valued" customer you are. It's pretty much all luck. A for sure way is to work at a Sprint store or know some one who does...scheme from there...
I forgot i even made this post till i got an email about it... But yes i did get spring to give me an HTC Touch for FREE I went through ecare and just stated my case about the bluetooth problem and how motorolla wasnt able to help me and i just basically said i use bluetooth alot int he car while im on the road for my job and i cant keep manually ending a task everytime i hang up the phone to save battery life... they were gonna just cut the price in half for me... till the Ecare CSR forgot to email me back... then i just ocmplained and got it for free no shipping fee and no activation fee.. Hope this helps people who may want to switch
Well then that tells me that most people that stick to the task might get one at half price considering the odds of a CSR forgetting to email you back will be slim. It happened to you but likely wont happen again to someone else for a while. Congrat's on your deal.
