Is anyone else having problems sending out text messages today?
I can receive them, just cannot send out. My problem just started this morning. I was sending them out fine, but all of a sudden it stopped. I didn't change anything, I deleted all of my sent and the majority of my inbox items, also cleared out all my deleted box, hoping that it would solve the problem.
I tried calling Sprint customer service, but since it's Thanksgiving they are closed.
I updated my Vision Profile and that still did not help anything. Everything else on my phone works properly, i.e making calls, internet.
Just a little confused since this never has happened to me before.
i just recently have that same problem with my moto q i could get text sms but can't send them. i contacted my network and he did not now what to do they were going to check my line the next day or the same day, i don't know forsure, but i deleted all my message in my inbox and outbox and also my deleted itams and my sent items, then it seems to work fine since then give that a try hope it work as i use my text for everything
