anyone know where I can purchase the REGULAR battery and battery door for my sprint MotoQ9c around the Detroit-Ann Arbor (Michigan) area? I'm willing to travel as far as Toledo for this. I know that I can order it online, but I'm going out of town this weekend and really want to have it by then, so I'd like to pick it up. I'm always able to plug my phone in, in the office, car, home...so the extended battery is just useless bulk for me.
Though priced at retail, any Sprint store should carry one and the Sprint web site has a store locater so you should be able to find one nearby. Give the store a call before you show up to make sure they have one in stock.

I checked 20 (yes, 20) sprint stores, Wireless giant stores and Wireless ToyZ stores, and none, including the sprint store, carry it. I do not want to order it online...that's the point. I called Verizon, and they gave me the weirdest answer....They have the battery for sale, BUT, the only way I could get the door is if I was a Verizon customer...if a verizon customer breaks his or her door, they will simply replace the ENTIRE phone...betcha didnt know that...
I guess if I were a verizon customer, I'd "break" my battery door every 6 months or so on purpose.

I think is foolish of not buying it online, by the time you are done you probably spent $100 in gas and you will never find the door. I suggest you buy it online you will get it in a few days if much.
Well Nonopr, then call me FOOLISH! I checked online and I wouldn't have received the battery and door by this weekend which is when I need it. I'm going to a wedding and want to keep the phone in my suit breast pocket, but with the bulge, it just doesn't look right, plus, I just prefer REAL stores over online stores. It's a personal choice, and not a FOOLISH choice.
I know it sounds trite but hey, they do sell duct tape in different colors. Just put paper or thin cardboard on the side that a touches the battery. Add a big sticker like the ones that have emergency numbers on top and if you put some careful effort into it, it may actually pass! After all, it's only for the weekend.
Can't get the regular battery from Sprint. I've tried, called, visited a ton of Sprint stores, and also called their Accessories line...and they all told me the same thing...Sprint does not and will not carry the regular battery for the Q9C. I was told to find it Third-party.
