Have you tried editing your normal profile? I have my ringer set to loud.

where do u go to do that ive looked everywhere i havent seen an option for my rigntone for volume

Press Start, Settings then Profiles. Highlight the normal profile. Press Menu then Edit.

I'm deaf in one ear and can't hear out of the other so I need it loud.

I actually have a setting for outdoor which is loder than the normal profile i'd still like a way to make it a bit louder

There are registry edits that can be made. I'd give you a link but I'm on my Q. Search the forums and you will find it.
